Kim and Thomas are great! They know what they are doing and ask all the right questions. They will also explain as much as they can to you about your injury. They both work very well together and work around your schedule as best as they can so you can get in your therapy session. I highly recommend this place and what they do really helps. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff here are very professional from the receptionist to the therapist. Although I was in pain they fixed me up and had fun doing it because the staff was so friendly and easy to work with.

The entire staff is incredible! Prompt, efficient, courteous, professional and the therapy actually works. Helps my healing process and makes me feel better! Wouldn’t want to go anyplace else for therapy. teri kirby

The staff is beyond words! They are all amazing and make having to go to physical therapy more enjoyable! They do everything in their power to provide you with the absolute best care! Thomas and Kim are so amazing at what they do, they go above and beyond! Valerie at the front desk is the sweetest and makes making appointments a breeze! Best physical therapy place I’ve been to!

I would like to thank the staff at progressive physical therapy west Lexington for being professional, caring, taking special notice to my injury and making sure that I have the best care possible, Definitely a life changing experience. I definitely would recommend anyone who's been hurt in any accident to make an appointment to Kimberly Shull-Massey, and Thomas Karpinski, I even feel that Valerie's assistance as secretary was very professional and definitely a great personality, if my day started out a little slow, or not really at it's best, the three of them together quickly uplifted my spirits, and my day always turned for the better. Once again, to the staff here in west Lexington I really appreciate you all !!! Thanks!!!!
