Quick turnaround and good prices
Excellent customer service!!!
Very disappointed! Not only was I quoted one price over the phone and then charged another when I got there but the whole reason I brought my comforter here was to try and get a couple spots out. The girl working said they would come out however when I picked up my comforter I could immediately see through the cover that the spots were still there. No one apologized, actually they didn’t even seem to care at all! She then told me stains don’t come out. If I was told that from the beginning I wouldn’t have wasted over $50 to get my comforter dry cleaned but the other girl said not to worry that the spots would come out. They need to be more knowledgeable and up front about what they can and can’t do!!!
Unfortunately, I will not be returning here with my dry cleaning needs. I noticed discoloration on two shirts and took them back. I attempted to show the discoloration, but the attendant said she couldn't see it and would let her manager know. I returned after a week to pick them up and the shirts have the same discoloration and new stains and spots. To top it off, I had to pay twice. Service just isn't what it used to be.
They did an excellent job on my king size comforter, sleeping bags and north face jackets. They are fast, friendly and have good prices! Was happy to do business with them again!
