Everyone from the front desk all the way to the doctors are so caring and such kind souls!!! Dr. Carter is ABSOLUTELY a life savor and all around amazing doctor that has been in both of my sons life since birth! She listens and will ALWAYS give you her best doctor advice as well as her best mommy advice. We are forever grateful for Dr.Carter!!!ud83dudc95ud83dudc95ud83dudc95 As well as all other doctors we have seen when she isn't available !!!

We recently moved from NY and was in desperate need of a good pediatrican for my two young kids. The office staff is super friendly (I must have called them 1000 times to make sure they got my kids records from previous providers) and we met with Dr.Carter. She is THE BEST! She took the time to listen to my concerns, was able to prescribe medicine that was actually effective on my daughter (after weeks of suffering), and held my daughter (2 months old) the entire visit. I was amazed at the time she took to really get to know both my kids and made sure we left feeling comfortable and all of our questions answered. I would highly recommend this office!

We absolutely love SouthernMED!! We have been to many other practices and they are by far our favorite. They are family!

The new office is beautiful and very roomy compared to the old one. Everyone was very friendly and caring when it came to my child’s needs. We did have long wait in the room but I completely understand that there are other patients who have to been seen as well. We usually see Dr. Carter. She is amazing! I’m sad that she moved from the south lake office. It was so much closer to us. But I don’t mind driving the extra mile to go see her. The nurse practitioner, Meredith was great as well!
