Dr. Reynolds was very nice and seemed very interested in helping me get better. It was my first time here and I felt so welcomed during a really bad time for me. The receptionist was very sweet & made it super easy for me to fill out my my client forms. Thank you so much! It’s hard to find a doctor that truly cares around here!

No one has ever been rude to me here. I really like my doctor and his staff. I sense they genuinely care about my well-being. I never have to wait and that is very much appreciated.

Dr. Reynold is so amazing! He takes the time to listen and is so encouraging. His staff is very friendly and professional. I look forward to my visits and would recommend him to anyone!

Dr Reynolds and his staff are amazing. They always make me feel so comfortable. He takes his time and talks to you, not like other Drs that just rush in and out. So happy i found them!

Accepting new patients and the ease of scheduling appointments isn’t a good thing at this practice! Staff, especially Lynn is rude. I often wondered why I was the only one in the waiting room and in and out in 15 minutes...now I see why! Patient care is not a priority at this practice. Basic care (sore throat or ear infection) is the only thing I would trust them treating me for at this practice, and that’s even a maybe! I was even called one time to discuss blood work results, but I hadn’t even had bloodwork done. The nurse said “ well, I’ll have to figure out who’s this is because it has your name on it” ud83dude33 I have even been called back to a room and when speaking to the nurse she asked me questions that made no sense to me about prior visits, and they had someone else’s chart, not even mine! When I go to the doctor I want to find the cause, not unnecessary medication thrown at you with no intent to find the root of the problem! Please stay away from here! (The only good thing I can Say is Elizabeth up front has always been sweet to me, but that’s the only plus for this practice)
