I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Beaver for 30+ years. I have appreciated his professionalism and patient temperament. I was surprised to read some of the reviews so I felt like I needed to do something positive. Fortunately, I have never had any of those experiences and I appreciate their staff.

I have been a patient of Lexington Family Practice for over 25 years. I have never been late for an appointment. I was caught up in traffic by a train at St. Andrews Road and Lake Murray Boulevard. I called ahead to let them know that I would be 5 minutes late. They promptly cancelled my appointment and told me to reschedule. I find it totally unacceptable that you can sit in their office waiting to be seen, or moved to a waiting room and wait for the doctor. so their appointment time is not really an appointment time. Five minutes would not have affected their schedule whatsoever. I had waited 2 weeks for this appointment and had already ran out of one of my medications. Customer service does not exist there and they think that their schedule is much more important than yours. I have moved to a different health care provider.

I called for a new patient appointment and got in the next week. Front desk was very friendly and they got me back before my scheduled appointment time, which was a plus! I saw their nurse practitioner and she was amazing! I’ve never had a doctor or NP so thorough and that really made you feel like they cared about everything you were telling them! I had labs drawn and had no issues with their lab tech. She was extremely friendly and only had to stick me once (I have deep veins)! Overall it was a great experience ud83dude0a

The lady who checks the temperature is rude. People need to learn how to treat patients

Love this place service from all staff is directed toward taken care of you. Dr smith and his nurse is the best.
