A truly terrible experience. I would give negative stars if allowed. The NP entered our 0830 appointment in a bad mood, or maybe that is her permanent mood. I had 4 questions that I wanted to ask her. Each time I asked, she became agitated and said there was a line of patients waiting. Her bedside manner was in line with Nurse Ratchet. What’s the point of getting medical treatment if the patient can’t ask questions? Choose any other urologist office over this unprofessional place.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Dr. Williard has been my urologist on paper for over 2 years, but I have never met him. I have had nothing but problems from this office. I have bi-lateral nephrostomy tubes that need to be exchanged at 3 week intervals. I am completely disgusted with my care. I cannot get this office to send required documents for my insurance to cover my necessary medical supplies, my orders keep getting cancelled, and I am at my wit's end with them. I have twice requested my tubes be removed because I can't afford to buy the supplies needed to care for the 2 holes in my back. I am considering ripping them out myself, even though I know it will probably be a fatal move. I just don't have any fight left in me for this. I don't care to continue this miserable existence. Please do your research and find a quality doctor to care for you.

Have been lied to every visit, did everything to confirm that i can be there for my wife's appointments and everytime y'all lie to me and tell me that everything that we were told last time was a lie. You are also holding the gender results of our child on the way. You've got a serious malpractice suit coming your way for all the unprofessional and improper procedures and care of my wife including the unacceptable actions of Dr. Chapman barging in on my wife while she was changing and made no effort to look away or apologies. Just stood there... You'll be hearing from my lawyers very soon.
