What is the point of lifting a suspension and sending me a letter in florida to mail back to the dmv in south carolina which is literaly less than 2 miles away from the court house? It is obvious that this is to punish a person twice for the same thing 1. Pay the ticket 2. Pay a reinstatement fee. 3. After i pay the money i still have to mail a letter back to south carolina in 2020 with all this internet and fax machines, what is the point if its not to further agitate and annoy a citizen that is complying? Im going to make it my personal buisness to expose these childish tactics to impose some type of power on the complying residents of your state. Why not just send the letter to the dmv?

The receptionists in all the offices in this building are extremely rude. I’ve personally only had to go pay one ticket up there so far, and this was last year. The receptionists were extremely rude to me and to most people who came up to their window. Now, today, 10/10/18, I called because I had a simple question as to how long I had to pay a simple traffic ticket, and the lady over the phone was extremely rude, kept interrupting me, and she told me my question was stupid. That entire office needs to be cleared out and new employees need to be hired. Our government offices regardless if it is mainly traffic court or not should all maintain a huge sense of professionalism. The employees in this building do not hold that standard, and they seem proud of it. It’s sick. I can’t say I can boycott this building because if I have to pay a ticket, I have to pay a ticket, but I most certainly will not put up with rude people in an office that should not be rude to people. Customer service is customer service regardless of the type of business it is, and it should be taken seriously.

Ask for Melanie, I know there are a lot of tough reviews for this place online and I can't speak for any other employees but I can say that i was very satisfied. Melanie was very professional, helpful and kind, well done indeed
