Riverbend is my church family. They have taken us in as their own. The elders are wonderful. The sermons are taught so that they are easy to understand.

Very nice Evangelical church. The denomination was started by a combination of The Brethren and Campus Crusade for Christ. No pastors; they rotate elders to provide sermons. They do communion once a month. They do not allow women in ministry, not even as deacons.

I like this church. God has encouraged and taught me when I've been in the service. They strike a good balance between how we feel about our relationship with God and who the Bible says God is.nnMany times when I'm at Riverbend it's in a work role. Today, I attended outside of my normal role. The sermon was direct and caused me to think clearly about what God was saying to me personally. I am glad I attended and I encourage the leadership to continue the preaching as they're doing. Thanks!

I love this church. I have been regularly attending Riverbend since 2006. There is sound theology, great fellowship and wonderful people that support and love each other well. It has been a privilege for me to get to know other members/regular attenders of this church on a personal basis. They genuinely try to live out their faith in their day-to-day lives. If you get a chance, please do your best to try it out. You will be glad that you did.
