Travel agency is a joke! I paid one of their agents to set up all the arrangements for my honeymoon and I couldn't get the rental car because of the way she set it up and had to find another way to my destination to make it in time for my hotel reservations. I was so mad ud83dude21

Had a terrible experience back in 1998.nBooked our Jamaican honeymoon to Sandals - Negril with a beachfront suite.nnThe day before we were to arrive LLT calls to tell us “our potential room” flooded during a plumbing emergency and we had been moved to Sandals - Montego Bay (Basically a singles retreat at the end of the runway).nnAfter three days of earth shaking jet blast we demanded LLT a range to either fly us home or transfer us to Negril. They basically refused.nnI successfully negotiated with Sandals a transfer to Negril were we learned there had been no “plumbing emergency” and that we had been originally book for the Montego Bay property yet billed the Negril price.nnNo refund was offered or honored.

Organized a great bus ride up to Charlotte for ACC Championship Game. Great hosts that brought lots of snacks and fun.
