The Westin Poinsett, Greenville

Wonderful old world in the center of downtown Greenville. We enjoyed a night here just to get out of Atlanta for a bit. The lobby was beautiful and our front desk greeting was warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and well lit. The bathroom was just right with a big tub and up to date shower. Water pressure was good. The bed was comfy with an assortment of pillows. The breakfast was good with excellent service . Great launchpad for exploring the city by foot. We will be back.

It was amazing. Great service and its has everything you can have at home. There is a small refrigerator, a TV, beds comfy, bathroom clean and beautiful, a table, an amazing view, a coffee machine, a safe (for anything secret you don't want anyone to know or see), a closet, lots of lights, and a alarm clock. Its looks amazing. Outside of the room, there is free ice and there is a vending machine. There is 12 floors in total. Though it does cost money to park but its not that expensive. They have good prices. Its in downtown and its amazing. Best hotel I have ever been.

The Westin never disappoints. Always a very spotless hotel. Always smells so good. My wife and I enjoy our stays when in town.

The customer service used to be amazing. I got married here, stayed here many times as well. Well I spoke with a very unhelpful, rude woman today named Mary. I tried to book a room for this weekend with my 1 & 2 year olds. She was trying to give me a room with double beds. I explained to her that I needed two cribs, but she was unable to help me with this. She told me they are first come first serve and she couldn’t guarantee this. I’m sorry but if I’m driving from out state, I’m pretty sure I’m not booking a room that cant guarantee simple necessities. She offered no further help.
