Jenna is an exceptional physical therapist! I’ve been having low back/pelvis/hip pain for a while and have seen several physical therapist over the years. She was able to give me exercises that were easy to fit into my schedule throughout the day. I’ve been experiencing so much less pain, and have seen a definite increase in mobility.nIt’s very easy to feel comfortable and relaxed in her office, and Jenna does a great job asking questions and listening to find out what’s going on. I would highly recommend going to see her!

Restore Pelvic Awareness was the most wonderful place!!! I needed to be recommended a long time ago! My therapist, Jenna, truly listened to what was hurting and gave me practical tips and exercises to help me on a daily basis! Dr. Armstrong was amazing. I hate going to the gynecologist so was skeptical about this. At restore, they do everything they can to help you feel safe, educated, and empowered about your body and what you need. I will recommend it to everyone who has concerns about their pelvic floor health.

I loved my experience with Geeta at Restore Pelvic Health & Wellness. It was very important to me that I found the right therapist for my pelvic floor therapy. She was very patient and really helped me to gain back control of my body. I cannot recommend her enough!

I HIGHLY recommend Restore Pelvic Health & Wellness. They listen to your need and problems and do their absolute best to help you! I went in with a problem and thanks to Geeta, within a month I was so much better.
