Sabina is delightful, professional and personable. She is so good at what she does, and the people that join her team follow suit. Every time I see Sabina I leave confident that I now know what is going on with my body - and have concrete ideas on how to keep improving and maintaining health and strength. I highly recommend His Therapy! And for any woman who plans to have children or has had children, the time to go in for the first time for a consult is always now. The information about your body and maintaining it through the changes of pregnancy, birth and recovery is INVALUABLE. If you have ever thought about seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist, she’s the one - I doubt there’s anyone on the planet as amazing at what she does as Sabina.

I visited His Therapy to get help for horrible leg and foot cramps I was having for months. I was given dry needle therapy and my entire leg feels wonderful. It felt better the same day but is back to 100% by the next day.nI also received the Ionic Foot Bath and it felt like my feet were massaged for an hour.

I visited Sabina to address some shoulder pain and numbness down the arm. She suggested that we give dry needling a try. What a blessing it was! 2 weeks later and the pain, tension, and numbness has not returned! I'm so thankful for her and wish I could give her 10 stars!

I've been going to the Wellness Center (Circulation Nation)for awhile now. I am a Type 1 Diabetic, and the circulation machines and saunas help my blood sugars and the inflammation in my body tremendously.nnHowever, last Saturday I walked in, more like hobbled, and Sabine asked me what was wrong. I told her my foot and hip had been hurting for weeks. She put me on the table and needled me. I was able to get up from the table and walk. I saw her again the next Tuesday, and this week I've felt like a whole, new person.nnSabine knows what she is doing and taught me stretches to do to keep from getting stiff again. I will be going back to see her. I highly recommend Sabine and His Therapy staff.

I've only had one appointment so far; but Sabina was great. She was very thorough and address all my concerns with specifics on follow-up. It was a great experience!
