The entire staff at Elite is incredible. I had a knee issue and wasn't exactly sure how it happened. They all took the time to identify the issue and knew exactly what I needed to work on. I was skeptical of physical therapy and the exercises they had me do seemed to be backwards from what my logic told me. I set my own logic aside and trusted the professionals and sure enough a few months later they had me back to moving normally. Thank you Mary Kay, Johnathan, Jessica and Nick. You all made my experience better then expected!

I have been to several physical therapists in my lifetime. This location I have been to for several different injuries and they have never failed me. They have found things doctors couldn’t find. They are friendly, energetic, fun and professional. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Elite Rushmore are very professional. They make us all feel like family. I feel they understand that PT is a combination of both mental & physical and they convey that by their positive attitude. I want to thank Mary Kay for doing a great job of directing this center.

The exercises prescribed made my condition worse. During sessions, I was given an exercise and left on my own with no guidance, and no supervision to see if I was doing the movements correctly. The therapists do not stay with you for the duration of your appointment. They jump around from one patient to another. I went somewhere else and had a completely different, much more helpful experience. I would NOT recommend.

I went to see Jonathan because I was having terrible knee pain, keeping me up at night and preventing me from being active. I could not even walk around the block without pain. I had been told I had bone on bone arthritis and was getting injections. I was ver depressed as I have always led a very active life. My gym trainers recommend Jonathan and Elite physical therapy. From the first visit I was impressed, I had never had such a thorough exam. I genuinely felt like the team truly cared that I got better. Like a puzzle to be solved each visit we worked on new things to change the poor habits I had picked up compensating for pain. I have been to physical therapy with 2 knee surgeries and never had this level of attention and care. The whole team makes you feel like family! Many thanks got giving me my quality of life back!
