Austin is a great partner to have for correcting the issues of the aging athlete. He has a great upbeat manner and gives one the tools to be successful on your own time. He is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body and applies that for his patients.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Hagel! I first contacted him about 8 weeks after being in a car accident & seeing multiple doctors. Dr. Hagel actually listened to my concerns and what was going on with my body. I have already seen drastic improvements after working with him for only a few weeks so far. Highly recommend!!

I reached out to Austin when I was experiencing severe neck pain that was affecting me at work. I loved the convenience of our sessions, with the initial visit at my home and our follow up visits via the computer. I personally don’t have a lot of time to go into a clinic 2-3 times a week, but this fit perfectly into my schedule. Plus Austin equipped me with all of the tools that I needed to be able to manage my issue largely on my own, and he was always available for questions as needed. I would highly recommend PT Dispatch!

As someone living with Multiple Sclerosis, receiving physical therapy is something that is critical to maintain my current level of functioning and beneficial for my mental health.nnI began working with Austin Hagel in November 2019 when I moved here from Massachusetts. There, I had been attending a physical therapy program to improve my balance and walking ability and was doing well.nnIt wasn’t until I started seeing Austin though, that I quickly realized the therapy I had been receiving was not addressing my deficits. Austin gave me new information and exercises. I was now learning that there are different, more effective ways to strengthen the muscles responsible for walking, improve balance and increase walking ability.nnBy practicing the exercises Austin has developed for my specific challenges, I have noticed a considerable improvement, as has my family.nnAustin’s knowledge of the many aspects of Multiple Sclerosis is not only impressive, it assures me that I have the right person treating me!
