Premier Physical Therapy of the Upstate & Premier Personal Training

I’ve been going to Premier Physical Therapy off and on for several years now. They’re the only ones I trust when I have next and back pain, and they exceed my expectations every single time! The therapists are second to none, and the admin staff is exceedingly professional, kind, and considerate. Most recently, I had been suffering from intense neck pain that prevented me from turning my head from side to side and kept me up at night for almost 2 straight months. After tolerating it for as long as I could, I finally reached out to Mark Murphy and his team at Premier. After just 2 visits with Mark, I now have no pain at all and once again have full range of motion in my neck! Mark is hands down the best physical therapist on the planet! And an all-around great human being, at that! He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that all of them feel welcomed, comfortable, and appreciated. I would recommend Mark Murphy and Premiere Physical Therapy to anyone and everyone!

I would highly recommend Premier physical therapy to anyone recovering from an injury or any physically limiting condition. It is an excellent facility with clean, top of the line equipment. The real value though at Premier is their knowledge and professionalism in addressing problems and improving or often times completely fixing them.nI had a complete AC ligament separation in my left shoulder and was able to see major improvements well ahead of a normal recovery timeline. Most importantly I was able to avoid major surgery. I contribute this largely to the knowledge and expertise of Ryan my physical therapist.

Premier PT is the absolute best! From Maureen, at the front desk answering my many questions, to Ryan (PT) responding back immediately with answers. They were able to schedule me very quickly. Ryan is very knowledgeable in dry needling and the right treatment for my issue, which has been ongoing until I found Premier PT. It is a small, very clean and well organized facility and you are treated as if you are the only patient. I highly recommend Premier PT.

Premier Pt has been a godsent to me, my husband and the friends I have recommended to Premier.nMy first experience was after back surgery then later hip surgery. I was in terrible pain and Mark truly saved me. After therapy and his great analysis Mark helped me get my life back.nThen a few years later my husband had knee surgery and needed therapy.nMark did the same for him as he did for me.nThrough the years the friends that I have recommended to Premier who had therapy at other places all couldn't get over the difference between the therapy places they had been to and Premier. They liked the personalntreatment they received and all were able to get their physical problems resolved and back to living a normal life whether it was their shoulder, arm, knee, back, neck, leg or hip.nNow, years later, I find myself needing help with my sciatica so of course Incame back to Premier and seeing both Mark and Dan.nDan has been there a couple of years but was new to me and is terrific.nNo matter what pain I go in with Dan always makes it better. I know he will get me back to a normal life again with the physical therapy he gives me.nMaureen is at the front desk and takes care of all the scheduling and paperwork. She is so caring and wonderful to deal with.nAlso my husband took a golf training program with Keith and he was able to learn how to still enjoy golf and incorporate ways to keep from hurting himself in his senior years playing the game.nThey're all terrific at Premier Pt of the Upstate.

I have worked with Mark in the past and he’s great at getting quick pain relief, Most recently I worked with Ryan. Another excellent experience. We primarily focused on hips. I’m sitting here writing this and that’s a great testament to the results we had as before it was too painful to sit upright; before I would need to fully recline.
