I worked at PT Solutions of Cleveland Park as a Patient Services Coordinator for five months before I graduated undergrad and accepted a job within my field. I was continuously blown away by the kind and friendly people that I met within the company, especially Paige and Heather. Paige and Heather are the current therapists at PT Solutions of Cleveland Park. They welcomed me with open arms and were always willing to go out of their way to help me with tasks. They are the most genuine people I have ever met and, frankly, the best coworkers I have ever had. They made each and every day of work better due to their fun and caring personalities. Paige and Heather provide exceptional care for their patients and truly go above and beyond to help their patients reach their goals. I truly cannot put into words how grateful I am for Paige, Heather, and my experience at PT Solutions of Cleveland Park. I went to PT Solutions for over 8 weeks for pelvic floor PT. They are a fantastic team! Paige and Heather really helped me with my recovery. They gave me exercises to work on at home and made sure that I knew how to properly perform each exercise before moving on to the next one. The customer service is exceptional and the team incredibly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend PT solutions!

After so many failed Physical Therapy attempts, I finally got to go to PT Solutions. The Team blew my wife and I out of the water with exceptional customer service, and a vast knowledge of Physical Therapy like I had not seen before, whilst being able to stay on the cutting edge with new techniques such as dry needling. One of the best attributes of PT Solutions is they were able to finally identify my problem and knew what needed to be done to fix it and we are currently working towards that end. The other greatest attribute is the staff, who not only are professionals at helping to make customers pain free, they listen to you and actually want to get to know you as a person. They really are a team. They treat every employee just as important as the other, which told me that is how they treat customers too. With that, i give PT Solutions Cleveland Park my absolute highest recommendation!

I have been going to PT Solutions for over six weeks now during pregnancy. They have great safety regulations for covid and make me feel so comfortable when I’m there! Paige and Heather are friendly, knowledgeable, and focused when they treat you. If you’re pregnant and experiencing any pain, run (or pregnant waddle) — don’t walk to seek help here. You have to do the work and be consistent as well, but with their guidance Pt Solutions has changed my pregnancy from chronic pain to enjoyable and strong feeling!

Great service and excellent physical therapy treatments. Paige and Heather are great therapists and I am glad I picked this location as my back pain was reduced a great deal. Everyone in the office is very personable. I also liked that we could communicate via text and they are very flexible with scheduling visits. Highly recommended! ud83dude0e
