Have a monthly pass in Mcbee and it’s recently taken 10-15 minutes just to get out of garage. Need monthly only lane or to open gates during high traffic times. In addition, if people who dont have passes could pre-pay and get a stub to exit it would expedite the exit process. Called to express my concerns and they were quite rude about it.

I just got off the phone with a man named Larry. He was extremely rude. I called to ask about a late fee, and the moment he pulled up my account he went OFF. Hardly let me talk, didn't try to understand where I was coming from. Just instantly got upset, when I wasn't even upset with him first. You need to definitely give him a corrective or someone needs to speak with him on how to properly handle customers. If it wasn't required for me to have a parking pass, he would have caused you to lose a customer. Very very upset right now.

Wrong address on Google maps, this location moved. It took 20 minutes to pay an 8 dollar parking ticket despite being the only person waiting for help.nAll lights were off when I walked in, place looks closed.
