My experience is always good but they need to hurry up and reopen
Condescending employees, long concession lines, stale popcorn, uncomfortable seats, confusing parking lot. I highly despise this Regal.
Clean , quality theaters but shut down on Thursday for an undisclosed amout of time. Went to use gift cards and credits. Don't know if they will reopen or if cards will be good if they do
Just to correct a previous review. Masks are required at your seat. They will call police on you if you're not wearing a mask at your seat. I witnessed this and it was terrible how they treated the customer with only 4 people in the theater. Police was just doing as requested.
When it's movie time it's Regal time. We don't go to other theaters in Greenville anymore. Regal gives us all we look for in a theater. It's popular for a reason and be sure to reserve seating early especially for new releases. The snack bar has always got a long line and moves slow. I wish management would open more registers at the snack bar to move things along faster. Ideally they should have waiters in the salons to get our order for us.nBe sure to join the Regal club, it cost nothing and will give you rewards over time. You've probably already been and know how good it is.
