Love this library overall! A good selection and they can get whatever books they don’t have. The kids area is small but full of good books and nice quality toys. I wish the staff was a little more friendly but overall, it’s a great library for a small town.
I have used this branch of the great Spartanburg library system because its closer. I also have visited and used others. I enjoy this library, but rude behavior on the part of staff I have encountered more than once. For example people not even looking up when I have a concern or ask a question. I am not sure the level of volunteers they use. Perhaps this is why I get sometimes a disappointing experience.
I’ve been using this library since 2007. Friendly customer service and I love the hold system where I can walk in and pick up my book.
We just moved here from out of state and this library has been an amazing place for us. We have felt right at home since thr 1st day and now schedule our time there once a week! We also love that there are activities for my children during the week . Thanks so much for being awesome !
