Five Forks library staff have poor attitudes, and are very rude. The library workers actively try to deter community members from utilizing the library as a resource. On any give day you can walk in and see 75% of the staff playing on their personal phones. The library staff regularly greet library patrons with nothing but a dirty look. That is, if they do happen to glance up from their personal phones while they are working. If you are available to go to another library in the area I would highly suggest you do so.
From a teens perspective: Beautiful facility, VERY helpful/friendly staff, and the teens section is great for homework/homeschool. It is very peaceful because they have bean bags and cute desk areas etc.
Beautiful, highly upgraded library and system with good choices and well maintained even in this pandemic time
They offer hand sanitizer and ud83dude37 masks in case attendees forgot to bring their own. Great ud83dudcda book and CD selections with some magazines and news papers available for reading
Nice branch. Very helpful staff. Love the drive thru option!!
