I only made one phone call. The desk lady, at the time was, not very helpful nor was she even genuine in her sympathies. Her fake kindness/rudeness made me not want to return even with proper referrals.

There are not enough words to explain my gratitude for Dr. Revilla. He has improved the quality of my life altogether, especially as a mother. I see Dr. Revilla for Dystonia treatment. Before seeing him, I was in a lot of pain and very unhappy. He listens and addresses concerns thoroughly. It is obvious that he and the nurses genuinely care. He is a great doctor. I am thankful to him for improving my life, and my ability to play and enjoy my daughter without being in pain.

Awful! I’m having problems with my medication and can’t even get into see them. I ran a little late and they refused to see me. The staff has to sit there and research what medications to use for neuralgia. They should know it like the back of their hand if they are going to treat people for it.

It’s almost impossible to get a appointment because no one answers the phone, or messages. When you do get an appointment it’s at least 4 months out: when you finally get a follow up appointment they called it a new patient appointment because it was so far from the original appointment. It’s a process of illumination through medication as opposed to testing. They rely on imaging that is 3 years old. I did not feel like I was safe in there hands.

I’m a patient of Dr. Vijayakumar, neurologist, at Neuroscience Associates. She has proven herself to be well educated, fully knowledgeable about my condition, has excellent bedside manner, and is up to date on the most current interventions for my issue. I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of the neurological care she has provided and would not hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends.
