The whole staff is friendly and helpful. The manager, April, really helped us out by accomodating both my mother and myself in the same appointment. To say she saved me a massive headache is an understatement. This office should give lessons in customer service because they are outstanding and efficient. We are so impressed.

I went to Doctors Care due to sinus pressure, dizzy and cough. The atmosphere was professional and the facility was clean. There was minimal wait time time. Iwss treated appropriately and discharged.

I had asked to be put on waiting list for Covid shot. They responded swiftly and called me back promptly. I was treated very respectfully and within a matter of minutes given my dose of the vaccine. Everything explained and in a friendly manner. I look forward to my return..

We came in for an “urgent care” on Thursday at 2:38 pm and we had to wait 2.5 hrs and not even see the Dr. they said we needed to wait 45+ more minutes. Unbelievable. Probably was better to go and see our family Dr. Worst of all, the place was not full of patients.

Been sitting in the parking lot with a client that needs a rapid covid test for 2 and a half hours. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer and they told me we were next on the list. I won't be bringing anyone else here ever! It's not a rapid test if you have to wait multiple hours.
