Brio decided they didnt want my dad as a patient cause he missed his 3rd appointment,even after they were told he was in the hospital,after loosing my dad they then refused to see my mom.

I've never met a PCP like Dr. Taylor. She was extremely compassionate, personable and accepting. Dr. Taylor was very resourceful and answered all my questions and concerns very thoroughly. No doubt you'll appreciate her if you choose her! The nurses and staff were also amazing.

Disappointed in Simpsonville office. Lack of communication and follow up. Had to seek other medical professionals on our own for help with serious unknown condition my husband was dealing with. No Lyme test was done after we asked for one. I myself had a separate appointment with Dr. M. and was told an ultrasound of my thyroid would be ordered. Apparently, it was forgotten. Might as well hang a sign that says, “We really don’t care all that much.”

Everyone I spoke with was courteous and personable. Paired with excellent doctors, I feel welcomed and cared for every time I go. I think the difference I see in Brio comes down to the fact that caring for people is who they are not just something they do.
