Dr. Malek is amazing. So helpful and always willing to see me. The staff has always been nice and super helpful too!

My doctor left this facility, he was great. Dr. Malek his replacement is not a good physician.nShe ignores patients on purpose and you will see this mentioned in other reviews if you research. She does not provide quality care to be a PCP. She is wasteful of your time and dollars. She will defer you if she can’t ignore you. She I’ll have you come into the office unnecessarily and spend 5 minutes or less then charge you hundreds for an office visit. Wasteful and not quality standard of care. Poor representation for Prisma.

Seriously not the type to leave a review. I called this afternoon (08/17/2020) wanting to make a new patient appointment. I totally understand now is a stressful time in the medical industry and people have bad days but the receptionist was so unbelievably rude for no reason. There was no need for her attitude as I was just asking if they were doing in-person treatments. Very unprofessional.

Made multiple mistakes handling my wife's paperwork for her work physical. Didn't care to put any effort into making things right. Reused an old form from her previous employer so they wouldn't have to check a box and sign the new form. Careless and lazy shortcuts. While they didn't screw up my own visit, I definitely wasn't impressed with the wait times, especially considering I was the only one there. Neither of us will ever be back.

We all know the old Greenville memorial hospital was terrible so now they’re Prisma healthcare and still terrible. It’s because they have offices like this one. The receptionist are incredibly rude (they answer the phone and put you on hold like you’re bothering them!!) and the lack of care in treatment and diagnosis is horrible. They actually manage poor service better than they do anything else. This is a poor Healthcare system. Offices like these should be shutdown or replaced with better doctors and more caring staff by a whole new healthcare system. Do your research choose life by going to a better healthcare facility.
