This place is ridiculous as far as trying to reach someone on the phone. I’ll be caller 9, 3,7, 11 all in the same call. How do I go from caller 4 to caller 9? It takes 20 or 30 minutes to reach somebody. Very frustrating. Now I’m currently caller 14 after being caller 8.

The only issue is the waiting. The staff is usually very nice and willing to work with the patients as much as possible, my two boys love Dr Garma. He's always been great with them, all of the doctors their have great bedside manner.

HopeHealth is AMAZING and the staff ALWAYS makes it such your visit is pleasant ; especially Beverly Cantey. She’s very friendly and always smiling and willing to help in anyway she can!

There is no other heath care place like treat me like I was family very kind and caring staff ,they get 2 know and are happy when u are happy and always uplifting and always words of encouragement I would never want 2 go any other place 2 be care 4 ,they even wiped the tears from running down my face . God bless the whole staff I can't say enough good things about .HopeHeath thk u all .Peace

I love Hope Health.. i have been there ever since i was a little girl. I am under Shonstella/ Barrineau team. They really great, great service, waiting time isn't long and they always give me the correct information.
