I use this facility often and they ate excellent. Wonderful employees who keep the place neat and clean. They make a dreary job pleasurable.
I went here for the first time yesterday to drop off some clothes. It was mildly packed when I went in (Around 6:00 PM). I came in today around 3:00 to pick up my clothes, All of my clothes were washed, dried, and folded. I went up front to pay and the woman even remembered my name, Which was a really pleasant surprise. Everyone was kind and they're busting their butts all day with clothes so please cut them some slack. I will definitely return!
The prices are cheaper than others, but there isn’t always available washers and dryers. The customer service is pretty good. One lady is very nice and helpful, I think her name is Lauren. Overall, I would go backud83dude0a
So I gave this place a 3just because of the morning. The morning staff and the mornings cleanliness is just not my favorite. Now I am not speaking about every staff, however I can't believe that there's an individual that continues to disrespect customers and is still working there.nnThe vibe at night is just so much better the employees are friendly you hear laughter just don't seem miserable faces.nnI see workers working hard at night. In the morning I see them smoking more than working. Go in the afternoon if you want a better experience
This was my first visit. The place is clean, the workers polite. I have a washer/dryer but once in a while you have to go do all the blankets & sheets. The machines I used were clean & a good value. Time went quickly. I'll be back considering I live with 2 small grandchildren!
