Service dept is pretty good

Worst experience ever. Went in for full service oil change....explained that I just purchased the truck and wanted to make sure everything was road ready....was never asked what type oil...when truck was completed was given my key and asked to pay bill....no one told me what was done or found with my truck. All fluids were supposed to be topped off....none were! On ticket it said something about oil seepage, and was never told about it and what should be done. I called and spoke with the GM, he said he will check into it and get back with me.....needless to say I still have not heard back from him. That was almost a week ago!!! Stay away!!!
