Walmart Auto Care Centers

We purchased tires from here plus the warranty that they recommended to us. We had a blow out on our front tire less than 2 months later. When we went to the nearest Walmart that we could find because we were on vacation. The store looked up our receipt in there computer and told us that they were going to have to charge us for our new tire instead of honoring the warranty because it said that we had a alignment problem on our car when we purchased the tires. They never told us that we had a alignment problem when we purchased the tires and even recommended the warranty. Plus the tires had good tread . They just look for any way they can to not have to honor their recommended warranty.

The first time I got a tire (a few mints back) I waited 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t put just one tire on my car. (I took the tire and a different place put it on for me). Today I went to get a new tire put on that my husband ordered. It was an hour before closing and the MANAGER seemed annoyed with us. When we told her why we were there she could not find our name or the tire. My husband even let her listen to the voicemail someone left from the tire center saying our tire was in. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING. Renee was the managers name and she was very rude and unprofessional.

Just another way to get out of replacing the the tire most of the people that work in the tire shop don't know what they are doing and want do what the customer wants done !!

Purchased 2 tires exactly the same on invoice 2 different prices. Took and 1:15 hrs then had to wait another 20 min to get invoice right. Told them I want my tires that they took off and it was printed on invoice that I wanted to keep both tires. Got home didn't have tires and was charged disposal fee that clearly was not on invoice. Tried to call automotive center, no answer. Website for Walmart automotive in Woodward, says it's open until 7pm no one there after 6pm.

I took my son's rim in to get a new tire and the old one was hanging off of it. They charged me for taking the tire off. If I would've known that I would have pulled it off myself. I only left it hanging so they could dispose of it. Then it took them an hr to mount n balance when I was the only cust. So a $60 tire cost $103 when sd n done... I won't go back.
