Front desk staff was incredibly sweet but the room and hotel were very rundown. It was very dirty everywhere we turned. Mold all around the ledge encompassing the shower and under the peeled off wallpaper in the bathroom. We found someone's contact lense in the bed we slept in. Ketchup on the wall. Stains and makeup and food and dirt covering the furniture. I got bit but was too afraid to check the corners for bed bugs. I didn't want to know, haha! My daughter has allergies and I'm pregnant so I wish I would've known about the mold, but I'm sure it was fine for one night. Also, the springs in the couch were like blown out or something so when you sat down you just kept going. It scared us but we had a pretty good laugh. I liked the open layout of the suite and staff was friendly but it was just so unsanitary

Front desk was more than helpful and she even actually had a personality and showed warmth. The room was very clean and even got to grab some breakfast on my way out!!
I've stayed here before and didn't remember having the experience I am having during this trip.nCheckin and service has been A+nCleanliness of room-D dust everywhere, hair,fingerprints not wiped off of furniturenThe worst part for me is the lukewarm water. After being in NW Oklahoma during winter, at night you just wanna take a hot shower. This is not the place for that!
