If I could give a lower rating I would. I had a confirmation for a vehicle, so I paid an Uber about 50$ to get out to the airport to pick it up. I get there and the rental place blames Orbitz for giving me a confirmation saying the cars there are for other people. I call Orbitz and they blame the rental place for using their platform. The Orbitz employee said I’d get a full refund. I had to pay ANOTHER 50$ to get back to where I was. I call back the next day, and they act like they have no clue. Then they ask what time I called so they could review the call to see if I was really told that.. I’m guessing they didn’t like what they heard because instead of picking up the phone to say SOMETHING, ANYTHING to me, they just HUNG UP!! They know and I know that I was told by their worker I’d get a full refund for having to pay to get out there and back without the car I had confirmation for.. use someone OTHER THAN ORBITZ OR THEIR PARENT COMPANIES!
