I park here everyday for work. Great garage to park in with really friendly ticket booth personnel.

Company charged me for a full month of parking even though I can't park there that month... total scam.... they canceled my badge even though they charged me for the month. Be warned. Called and asked for refund and they said you have to turn in 30 days notice, so basically they charge you a last month and then lock you out of the garagen, and refuse to reimburse you even though you're paid up for said month and they locked you out. Total scam.

Trapped on 6th floor after a concert for 2 1/2 hours. They're sure they're at the beginning to take your $10 but there's no one at the end to help direct people out.
