We are so very pleased with the care my wife received. Years ago my mother also spent some time in your hospital and she went on to live to be 96. Thank you so much for all you do!

I cannot say enough good things about PAM! From the CEO to the nurses, therapist and especially Krista Dickerson, the director of case management. They provided him with the best care and communicated to us frequently. This was very helpful and reassuring especially when visitors weren't allowed to come in due to COVID. We are super thankful for the care and love that he got here! They went above on beyond on his Birthday to make sure that we got to see him (window visit)and read his cards and such to him. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

If i could give zero stars, i would. I know a person who had a stroke while in their care. They didnt notice the person had gone flacid and lost the ability to talk. Had they done their jobs, this person could have made a full recovery, but that isnt possible when ot takes a week to catch a stroke.

Personally I'd never recommend anyone to take their loved ones to this physicality. My mother was taken there post amputation of her right leg to upper thigh. Every time anyone has come to see her, her phone is never near her. Most of the time her call light button is on her bedside table along with her phone (out of reach of course). They bath their patients every other day (per her nurse). Her meals are sat on her table and they walk away. No one offers her any kind of assistance. My mother has vision problems. She isn't able to see really what's been given to her. She has to use her hands to feel where the food is. She struggles to eat because she doesn't have much use of her right arm due to the fact she has a blown rotator cuff. Sh

Do not take a loved one to this facility. Mine left in worse shape than before he went. He developed cellulitis and was no longer able to get out of bed independently. He was neglected and developed bed sores because he was never turned or bathed. We found bruises on him from the staff being rough with him. His personal items were stolen by the staff. The lady that drove him to his doctor appointment and then to the hospital drove recklessly with intent to harm him. She should be fired for what she did to my dad.
