Dr. Welch and staff were very professional and courteous. He took time to answer my questions, helped me understand my voice problem, and gave me guidance to help it improve.

Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this place To my worst enemy. Very disrespectful nurse and Doctor Welch was very unprofessional. The nurse looked at my mom and said u think ur bad don’t u? Who does that?!? I would definitely find a place that cares about patients personally and not just the money.

Dr. Welch and his staff are the best, friendly and professional. Dr. Welch is an amazing and gifted surgeon.

I don't know what the other posts are about unless lots has changed since then. I've been coming for a couple of months and have only been treated with respect. The entire office staff is super nice!
