Terrible service! The older short haired lady is nothing but rude that works the front desk. Walk in sick and TRY to get checked in but get told to wait as she answers the phone multiple times as I’m standing there. Try to check in online by myself and can’t get it. Let her know I’ve been there before and my info is in the system now it’s a major inconvenience for her to help as she sits back in her chair giving me the death stare.

The online check in does not help. I did exactly what it said to do. My live waiting list told me I was next in line for an hour but other people kept going in before me.
