First visit kept telling me how they will always call with results and how they pride themselves on good paient care. It took 3 weeks to get the first call and 6 for the 2nd. I have never had this bad of an experience with a dr office. They have not even tried to help me out and every person I talked to has given a different answer to the same question. Dont waste your time with these people. You'll never see or hear from a dr. Prescribed a medication that's hundreds of dollars a month when there are plenty of alternatives and will not help with finding another one. Wont even call me back or answer the phone.

Have been with this doctor for close to 10 years he sees me and my kids. The staff is great and his nurses make a great team. Dr hinkle has treated my family wonderfully and has helped me tremendously with the struggles of several autoimmune diseases I will be forever grateful to him for finding my diagnosis!

Dr. Hinkle is the best doctor I have ever seen. He truly listens. Unfortunately, after being with him for many years I will be going elsewhere. Not because of him but his MA, Ashley. She is the worst person I have ever encountered. Getting a phone call back is a joke. I have caught her in at least 2 lies. She is uncompassionate and lazy. It is a shame that such a wonderful doctor has such a sorry excuse of a nurse/ MA. She is bringing him down. This review does not only go for my experince but for my grandfather who is 92 and has also been with him for a long time. We are fed up with Ashley !!
