Great people!! Five stars goes to the associates!! When I get treated like an important person who is being heard, your floors can have mud on them and your store will still get five stars.nThey rock it here with friendly associates EVERY WEEK day in and day out. I go there at least once a week for my online cat litter and food orders and the pickup is always seamless. Try their curbside pickup; they've got it down and the wait is minimal.

Good selection, but price gouging on guinea pigs, not cool!

Have lots of pet supplies and animals for adoption but have small animals or birds at the moment.

This place has always been a hit or miss with the attitude of the staff. Yesterday, we found they had gotten in some Panda Cory's. We went ahead and purchased 8 of them and the lady getting the fish told me I shouldn't buy them since they just came in. That is understandable since they had been through a rough time in shipping... but there is nothing that stops people from buying them... hence why I was excited they had some because within a few hours, they always seem to sell out. We went ahead and got them, but the lady getting them was pretty rough on them trying to catch them. There was even an instance where she crushed one of the fish between the net, glass, and rocks.nnWhen I got home, I noticed two of them had red spots on them and didn't look good at all. I went ahead and acclimated them and got them into their quarantine tank. Within an hour, one of them died. A few hours later, the other one died. I then noticed two more had red spots on them. They died that night. I looked at them and it looked like it was internal damage.nnWe took them back today to exchange them. When I got there, a different lady was working with the fish and showed they had some Panda Cory's left. She asked what size tank they were in. I told her the quarantine tank was only 5 gal. She told me that was the reason they died and that they had probably fought each other... and then told me I shouldn't get any more... when they're Panda Cory's... Especially when two of them were already showing signs of injury before I even left the store... This was just really dumb so I just took the refund and left. I probably won't be doing business with them again. This was only one instance of issues I've had with them.

Store was clean and we'll stocked. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The employee working in the fish department was great, she made sure to ask customers if they're home aquarium setups were actually appropriate for the fish being sold. The store also provide hand sanitizer and masks for anyone who forgot theirs in the car or at home.
