Came to leave a review about how great the staff has been during this pandemic, and saw Mr. Dawson's review and would like to address that as well. I was there the night that he speaks of and witnessed the whole situation. The staff were very patient with him and even offered to make copies and print the things he needed for him, since he refused to wear a mask. He in turn used EXTREMELY foul language right in front of the children and then proceeded to break TWO of their doors in his rampage on the way out. Through all of this the staff still remained very calm and helpful reassuring the rest of us in the building. Many thanks to the staff for handling such abusive behavior professionally. I spoke with the manager, and everything they are doing is based on what the THD has told them to do. If you don't like it, take it up with the THD or your elected officials. Not the poor librarians.
WORST experience of my Life. My mask had slid slightlynDown and I reassured them I had SEVERE asthma and they literally didn’t care and said I didn’t have any other warnings? My bad I like to breathe? DO NOT go anywhere near here as I also had trouble breathing directly after leaving. Ugly and HATEFUL staff!
Great selection of books and movies and other references.
Staff went above & beyond to help me. Had huge problem of needing to make copies of Important docs that were on my cell. Fantastic helpful staff!
The workers are very helpful. All the books are easy to find.
