We have used Floral Haven for funeral services on two occasions. Not only were they compassionate but they are super efficient and effective. Nothing was overlooked and our wishes were immediately attended to.nI could not recommend Floral Haven more highly.

My mother passed Sept. 2 with all of her passing needs pre-planned with Floral Haven. I must say the staff was considerate and caring. From that first difficult call, to the Covid-19 funeral arrangements with Steve, it was handled thoughtfully, with concern and great care for my mother's wishes.nWe are so happy to having experienced her passing with Floral Haven and the wonderful ladies answering the phones.

Floral haven went above and beyond for my families needs when my mom passed away. Andrea Shields was our funeral director and stayed in contact with me daily on every option, question and opinion we had. She was sweet, compassionate, caring and professional. Chuck and Tim were great to work with as well, lots of questions answered and were very understanding. The only concern we had was the financial part, none of which the people listed couldve helped. Other than that, Excellent people here. Highly recommend.

This was a trial grievous time for my son. He lost his new born son after 49 days. He had to deal with the mom that presented herself as unreasonable from time to time. Jennifer was absolutely sympathy to his feelings and desires for the choice of cremation. Both Jennifer and Sahara was able to work with the mother of my grandson. They painted a beautiful picture that created an equal sharing of my grandson Emory's ashes. Front desk clerk was welcoming and greeted us each time, by the third time being there she remember who we were. The crematoria , I forgot his name but not his compassion towards my son and Emory's mom. He took his time explaining the process and our options. I chose to start the cremation process, he explained what would happen and answer my curiosity. Everyone I met was friendly, emphatic and kind. Special thank you to Jennifer and Sahara for their kindness to my family and Emory's mother's family as well.
