My husband sent me a dozen red roses on 3/2 for our 37th wedding anniversary, 3 weeks later they are just now starting to wilt. They still look beautiful. I have ordered from them before and will continue to use them.
Did not deliver what was ordered. Plant was dropping blooms and leaves on floor as I walked from front door to family room. Since I placed order through Teleflora. I called them to complain. They refunded half the price back to my account. I put dying plant in trash. Do not recommend at all.
My first experience here was outstanding, even tho it was a single rose, the older lady who attended me wrapped it and made it extra special, wanted to make this a habit especially since it was a smaller business going through all this chaos. My second visit was a different lady, with poor customer service, she didn't bother to wrap it and didn't give me my change back. Customer service is key! I'm going else where.
I’ve ordered from the Willow Tree a number of times! Jay is friendly and personable. He always exceeds expectations for a reasonable price. I don’t think I would go anywhere else for flowers!
We order flowers with Jay on 3/18 to have delivered to us buy 3/23 since we had a birthday on 3/24. I gave him a specific phone number to contact if he had any questions or problems with the delivery. Except he did not call that number until the following Monday, 3/25, asking about when he should deliver the flowers on 3/30. It was a total cluster and he had his dates wrong. We hadn't used this company in years and it is now apparent as to why.
