I ordered flowers on Thursday before 1 PM (which their website states orders before 1 will be delivered that day). I do get that this was mothers day weekend, but hey...the managed to call me to discuss the payment. Anyways, I wasn't expecting delivery that day. Friday rolls around and I get another email (not even a phone call) saying the earliest they can deliver is Saturday. No apology...just can't do it until Saturday. I had to cancel because we would be out of town and the only solution was to refund my purchase. Once again, no apology, no phone call...just an email and a refund. I will NEVER order from them again.

I placed an order online with Rebecca's on 10 May 13, Thursday for a corsage to be delivered on 11 May 13, Friday. I placed the order early afternoon on Thursday and received confirmation of order at 3 PM. The order was for Mothers Day and was 5 miles from Rebecca's. After I learned the corsage was not delivered by 8PM Saturday the 11th I emailed the business and received a reply at 4 PM Sunday afternoon telling me they would be delivering on Sunday, Mothers Day. Since we order the corsage every year (Usually from a long time business, Sally Anns, who has retired, gone out of business) for Mother to wear to church on Sunday we were no longer in need at 4 pm on Sunday.

AWFUL! Ordered flowers on Friday, sent an email they were not open until Monday. The flowers were NEVER delivered!! DO NOT USE!!!
