I normally don't leave reviews. Don't really see the point. But the woman who answered the phone the other day when I called was amazing. She knew she didn't have what I need and instead of trying to sell me something else she recommended another florist in the area. She was thoughtful and compassionate. Even though it cost her money. My needs were far more important to her then a sale. Thank you for your kindness.
The first picture is what was shown on the website. The second picture is what was delivered to a friend for a very important accomplishment. I would have gladly paid more if requested to ensure my delivery looked like the picture that it was suppose to be. Very disappointed ud83dude14
My experience with Rose's was a good one. I purchased flowers from Rose's for the memorial service of a friend's father. They were delivered on time and looked beautiful. I've used Rose's a few times over the years and have always been happy with them.
