overall a nice dentist, pretty good at what she does, however, her apologetic front desk lady while extremely nice is also equally incompetent. I had a gold cap put on. I was told what my share of the bill would be. it was to be about 2/3rds of the cost of the procedure but dental insurance is a joke. I put it off due to not having the money for a long time. I DID CHANGE INSURANCES due to my work and not by my choice. The first question I asked her was do you accept this new dental insurance. She said she would have to research it, I provided my social security number, she said yes we do. I then scheduled the appointment. She failed to obtain Prior auths for my procedure and the new insurance did not pay. I ended up calling and finding out that my insurance paid less than 100 dollars for a procedure separate from what was completed. I ended up paying 100% of the bill. I have severed my relationship with them due to this gross incompetence. I hear her spew I am sorry, but I refuse to continue to do business with such incompetent people.

Dr. Whenry has given our family the best dental care! The staff is caring, kind, and funny making the dental visit less unnerving. Thank you for making our smiles beautiful!

Nicest dentist office ive ever seen! Exquisite! They were able to get me in, same day I called and I got a filling in under an hour! Super friendly staff and sanitation is top notch. Will refer to everyone i know!

Although, they are a nice group of ladies and I love Nakiya. I’ve had nothing, but poor experiences since I came back to this office. I got 3 fillings done and they’ve all fallen out now. I got one that fell out replaced by Whenry and was charged $140 to replace it even though I had come in a few weeks before telling them it didn’t feel right. I told them about my next filling that didn’t feel right and they ignored it and said it was fine. A week later that fell out. I must say I don’t eat hard or chewy food at all. One of the fillings fell out when I was eating a salad (lettuce). I had to go to a new dentist because I couldn’t get ahold of this office to fill my second lost filling. He only charged me $40 and it was a bigger filling than the first one that fell out. Here I now am 3 days before Thanksgiving and the first filling she replaced is deteriorating and I had to find a dentist in my parents town and was told this filling is not put in correctly and will not last much longer. I’ve spent so much money on my teeth since returning to Dr. Whenry and nothing is staying fixed. All my fillings are falling out when I never had a problem with them before. She replaced some of my fillings because she didn’t like the way they looked and they were not causing half the pain that her new fillings have caused me. I would just be very careful about going here and really be vigilant and aware of your teeth and what they are billing you because it is extremely high priced for the quality. I now have to pay to have all my work done by her replaced because none of it was done correctly. I am now out almost $700 because of having to get fillings replaced and unnecessary mouth gear. I was told I grind at night by Dr. Whenry. I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion from other dentists and both have seen no signs of grinding.
