I felt like I got brushed off. I came in for a bad tooth that was experiencing sensitivity to cold and hot. I’m on soonercare and they only pay for tooth pain visit and extractions. The dentist saw the tooth and immediately said the best option was to pull the tooth. No other options were presented to me. I told them my left side doesn’t numb all the way and even when I was grunting when he pulled it because I couldn’t speak he didn’t stop to see if I could feel anything. I felt the pain in my gums, the pinching, the pulling. It was over fast but I still felt it. I asked the receptionist is they had any low income based payment option for future visits. Could barely talk because the gauze and she kinda brushed me too. I just said fine and walked out.nMy kids always have a good visit and so does my sister. My visit was just very heart breaking and disappointing.

As always very pleased with this place. The front staff is super pleasant. The nurses are nice and friendly and I just wouldn't want to go to a different dentist! They made quick work with me today, fit me in the schedule short notice and I was in and out in no time. Ready to come get my tooth pulled with them for sure!

Such a great staff friendly and cheerful. I felt as though I was welcome and in good hands. They took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. When looking over my teeth they took care and time with the examination. So glad I chose Spring Dental!

Went in for front tooth extraction was no more painful than a hair cut. In and out in no time! Changed my view on this fear of dental work. I will be back for rest of work. No better place! Very kind and waited on me as last patient to arive in snow storm.
