This Cemetery was the worst Cemetery I have seen so far along my travels. The park is very entered for it has been flooded a lot of the headstones are broken and falling apart. A lot of headstones are falling over something the ground and crooked it's like nobody has taken care of this place or their loved ones. I also found out that there are a lot of black people buried in this Cemetery and very old headstones. They have gathered a group of people together to take care of it hopefully that helps

I drove through the gates at the south end of the cemetery off of Highway 75 and drove slowly to the east side. That is where I found the maintenance garage and Allen.nI told him I was there to take some pictures. He gave me a brief history on the cemetery and was very helpful. He said if I needed help, just to let him know. You can tell that he enjoys his job, he gave good customer service. Allen is an asset to the Okmulgee Cemetery. Thanks again!

This is a place of no where town but it sure is a good place to rest
