Owner of this company is the rudest person I have ever worked for, rude to employees and even rude to the consumers that the state pays her to transport.so rude and unprofessional that she cant even keep a dispatcher,makes you work just about 12 hour days with no appreciation. Wouldn't recommend this company to transport an animal let alone a person

The person claimed to be owner is the rudest person alive. We had an appointment for 1030 am in Boston and am a ride alone and I had to call them to find out what was going on she did not ask who I was calling for all she said wa pick up would be at 630am.when question why 4 hours she said might be traffic. We have been going monthly to boat for 2 years and have never had to leave 4hours before appointment. I have also contacted Better Business Bureau filing a complaint on this company. They should never be in business dealing with Medical transportation. They are horrible

This is one of the worst medical transportation service I have ever encountered, I use medical transportation at least 3x a week and have used them all and this one by far is the worst 1st time I got them I was late for my appointment, 2nd time I waited almost an hour for return pick up 3rd time I was never picked up for an appointment and appointment was cancelled due to they not coming on time. The van smells like smoke is dirty and twice it was full of drivers family also dispatcher is extremely rude and hangs up on you then doesn't answer the phone. I would recommend not using them

Only dealt with them on the phone, but I whoever I talked to was rude while speaking with me and hung up.
