My family and I have used Michelle’s destinations for multiple vacations over the years. From Disney to Mexico, they are always very thorough and provide their expertise. Our latest vacation was in Mexico during hurricane Delta. Our resort suggested we change our flights and leave the area immediately. There were no flight left leaving Mexico before the hurricane arrived. Not only did Shelly and Michelle provide us with multiple options to move inland; but also provided emotional support and their own experiences with hurricanes to help ease my anxiety. They stayed in contact with us and checked on us throughout our trip. They were both wonderful!
We appreciate how hard Shelly has worked for us. Our Alaskan cruise was wonderful. Shelly’s attention To details made the trip easy and absolutely worry-free. Dependable, honest, and affable, we fully trust Shelly at Michelle’s Destinations to take care of our future travel arrangements.
Michelle is always cheerful, accommodating, and sincere. This will be the third vacation that I have booked with her and she's definitely earned my buisness. I called her less than a week before I wanted to travel and without seeming to break a sweat, she got everything worked out- even airfare- with days to spare. During this Covid pandemic--under the strictest guidelines--she made sure the resort would be taking all necessary safety and health precautions. I'll never use anybody else!
We have used Michelle and her team for 2 trips and they have been the absolute best. Whether its been last minute additions/changes or just providing options for ANYTHING, they have been great to work with. We will continue working through Michelle and her team for our travel.
