First off, some of Othello's food is one of my wife and I's places we like to frequent since moving to Norman and we have previously enjoyed the sit down restaurant side of the store. But today we decided to take the free hour we had to go and get some food while listening to a friend's band on the bar side. After sitting down and 20 minutes of no one stopping to give us a menu I walked over to the restaurant side of the store to kindly ask why we haven't been served the host apologized saying that the bar tender should have notified her but had not done so. 10 minutes later a waiter finally came over to ask us what we would like. So we asked about the wait on a pepperoni pizza. He informed us it would be 25-30 minutes. Which meant we would be getting our food right as we had to leave. We told him that we didn't have time and he apologized and went on his way. Everyone was very kind about the mix up but it was over all a disappointing experience. I would recommend staying away from the bar.

We started with Merlot, along with an appetizer. Excellent! My sister and I ordered the meat lasagna as a main course. It was delicious, as always. A bonus to the evening was the guitarist. He appears certain nights during the week and includes sing a longs. What a great evening!

I just had this place for the first time and I’m sad that I waited so long to try it. Everything was fresh and excellent. The ricotta cheese in the manicotti was amazing. I will definitely return

Othello's is delicious. Ordering take out from here is one of the few things that helped 2020 seem normal. Their food is amazing and the staff is so friendly. Do yourself a favor and skip the chain restaurant and pop by for dinner.
