Don't even really know where to start. This is slumlordville and stay very far away. For 2 bedroom yes $425 month. Sounds reasonable. Wait until you get your first electric bill. Over $225.00. The owner will not fix anything or complete routine extermination. I had to send a certified letter for my first spray. Place is dilapidated. Called code enforcement on numerous occasions. ROACHES. OMG ROACHES AND LOTS OF THEM. just be prepared. Police are called there almost nightly. Free cable is a joke. Suddenlink pay $5 for the box rental but it tiles so bad can't watch it. The laundry facilities are horrible have the call them at least weekly to come and fix one of the 4 machines. In my apartment the plexiglass windows needed to be replaced as black mold was created around each one due to the moisture content. The owner should be ashamed of this property

Great manager and maintenance guy. The Apartments are a very good place to live and they always help people out and listen to the tenants when they are in need of help.

They're really nice appartments there really spacious just looked at an apartment today. The maintenance man is cool and the manager is really nice. ud83dude01

I remember when the place opened up. It was 1974. My sister lived here. Place was really nice. It also was a all bills paid type of rental.

It's a dangerous place to live. Stairways supported by cinder blocks, upstairs patios crumbling and not safe to be on, etc.
