I have never in my life felt so belittled and disrespected in public, until today.nnMy father needed assistance this morning and is not tech savvy at all. He was needing assistance with a bit of a sensitive, but important subject. (Important for himself).nnWe were also crunched for time, So I was attempting to work diligently to utilize our time.nnMy father being the caring person asked for three masks (one for my mother inside the car). My father, an associate and myself walked in. If Stephanie would have been observant she would have realized our associate had her own mask.nnWhile attempting to obtain my card information to use the computers to type up two documents she chose to speak at me. Instead of simply stating “we are low on masks, one mask per individual entering”, she saidnnI gave three and there are three of you and she had her own mask so where’s the other. And why do you all need masks if you’re the only one using the computer. I asked did she need the subject matter of the documents. I was unsure What she was specifically asking. So then she states well the masks are expensive ( I’ll be donating a box tomorrow). So I told my dad to give it back so I could have my card number. She passively states, we can’t have it back. So I stayed that her question was irrelevant if she could not take it back. Then proceeded to become passive with me.nnI’m an adult with a career. When you are working with the general public, you have the responsibility of respecting every individual you encounter. Having a mailable and flexible personality and ability to respectfully convey your message.nnYour actions were the opposite of that, instead of apologizing for speaking at me or not even that her delivery. She spoke as if I were hostile and incompetent. I was fully aware that she lacked the characteristics needed to speak with the public.nnStephani lol you suck in the most simplistic sentence possible. You should treat individuals better or not!

I had to print off an email and Stephanie (I hope that was her name) was very friendly and fast too!!!

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. However, I'll glad when things will return to normal.
