In response to the review left by Pat Bowen I wanted to say that the arrangement was delivered to the location of the funeral. We have been in contact with the customer and the funeral home and with that being said we have offered to refund their money in full. Please accept our apologies. We strive to make our customers happy. We're more than happy to fix an issue if we're made aware of them.

Do not use this flower shop!! I paid $100.00 for flowers to be sent to a funeral. They were never delivered and I haven't been able to contact them for a refund. The shop is always closed and the phone goes to voice mail. I called Earl's Flowers and the owner felt bad about the situation and sent flowers, free of charge, to the bereaved. Thank you Earl's.
